The sexual misconduct allegation against Veteran, and former Fox News host Pete Hegseth has caught the Trump transition team off guard as they were not aware of it. Hegseth's lawyer said it was not misconduct but consensual but Hegseth was blackmailed into paying the accuser during the #MeToo movement. Trump team feels Hegseth has not been honest about his past.
