Judge Allison Burroughs halted a Trump administration order that would have prevented Harvard University from enrolling international students. Harvard sued after Homeland Security alleged noncompliance with reporting rules, calling the move a violation of constitutional rights. Burroughs sided with Harvard, citing "immediate and irreparable injury" to the university, and has temporarily blocked the ban pending a hearing.
